it has become one of the best selling designer brands. Just
about everyone aspires to have a Stone Island garment in their

label was set up by Italian designer Massimo
Osti in 1982 as an offshoot of his CP Company label.
The
brand is remarkable for specialising in surface treatment of
fabrics and dyeing techniques. The finished articles are hard-wearing
and of a high quality, and for that reason
have become a favourite in the fashion industry.
One
of the most important, if not the most important, feature of
an Stone Island garment is the patch on the upper sleeve of
the left arm. This gives the clothing its identity and prestige.
